Dr. Abrahim Imam
Dr. Abrahim Imam was called to the practice of medicine, and primary care in particular, because of his passion for people. In his approach to patient care, Dr. Imam embodies the philosophy that his patients are not just numbers, but rather, people with their own unique stories and perspectives. Dr. Imam believes in a holistic approach to patient care and treats each patient with the utmost care and respect.

The joy that Dr. Imam has experienced in his career thus far from having a direct positive impact on the lives of patients has made clear that he is called to this profession. Dr. Imam believes that he has a crucial role to play in ensuring that all people are afforded the right to compassionate care.

Dr. Imam received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He received his medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. Dr. Imam completed his residency training with the North Mississippi Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program in Tupelo, Mississippi. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
